It’s been another eventful weekend and it looks like New York is not letting me slow down this summer. On Friday, @givemegivenchy and I saw Kelis at Webster Hall. Her performance was nothing short of amazing. The vibe of the crowd was so positive and everyone in the building was a true fan. She stunned in her purple bedazzled high-slit dress. My only complaint was that she didn’t perform ‘Bossy’.
On Saturday, we spent the afternoon in Chelsea, pursuing galleries on W 24th St. We stopped by Lyons Weir Gallery for the opening of an exhibition titled Barbaric Yawp, which also included tastings by Twenty Grand Vodka. After we roamed around and finally landed on the rooftop of Le Bain at The Standard. It was our first time there (super late!) but the view and scenery was perfection, despite the harsh winds.
Later that evening I met with some other friends at Parlor on Spring St for a free one hour open bar. The evening turned out being better than anticipated. Let’s just say what happens in Parlor, stays in Parlor.
Sunday, I took it easy. I met with a friend for brunch at Hudson Eatery on W 57th St (not pictured), where we scarfed down juicy burgers and guzzled a mimosa.

How was your weekend?
