Biore Pore Strips and Charcoal Mask

There is almost nothing I love more than a good self-care session on a lazy weekend. Of course there’s nothing like a professional masseuse or esthetician working their magic on your tired bones and dull skin. But performing your own routines of self-indulgence is healthy – mentally and physically. Taking time out for yourself allows you to recharge your energies and get focused for the week ahead.

I’m always on the hunt for the latest in beauty. Lately, I’ve been really into charcoal based products. So far, I’m loving the Bioré Self Heating One Minute Mask and Deep Cleansing Charcoal Pore Strips. I can finally live my 90’s girl dreams by lounging around with a pore-releasing strip across my nose. Don’t front like you didn’t want to do that at the age of 6 when pores were a figment of our imagination.

Living in NYC, I don’t even want to think about the amount of debris that gets into my pores on a daily. Luckily, I have these Bioré Deep Cleansing Charcoal Pore Strips to go deep and really draw the impurities out. Incorporating these into my self-care routine is important because stripping weekly is key to avoid complexion problems before they start! These innovative strips work like a magnet, lifting out deep-down grime, oil and blackheads from even your most clogged pores. Isn’t it satisfying to see all the gunk that has been removed?

The Bioré Self Heating One Minute Mask is a game changer. It purifies pores 2.5x better than a basic cleanser in just one HOT minute! So there’s no excuse not to get your self-care in at some point throughout the week. The heating properties help lift clogged impurities in the skin. The charcoal mask finishes with a cooling sensation for tingly tight oh-so-smooth skin. Think of it as a your own at-home spa facial. It’s even great to travel with, especially on long-hauls.

When both products are used regularly, they actually diminish the appearance of pores. Don’t believe me? You can try out the Bio yourself here and here.

I also love a pamper / self care session on the weekend! Sunday is usually my day for it. I could certainly use some pore strips! xxx
